Book your Introductory Experience Flight

Please note that due to operation limits set by the aircraft manufacturer (TECNAM), we regret we cannot facilitate flights for anyone over 90kgs or 6’3”.

Step 1 – Enter Voucher Number

You will need a valid “Introductory Experience Flight” voucher to use this booking page. If you don’t already have a voucher your can purchase here. Please enter your voucher number in the box below and click submit to continue to the next step.

Step 2 – Temporary Membership

Before you fly with us you’ll need to become a Temporary (Day) Member for insurance purposes. To apply for temporary membership simply complete and submit the the form below. Temporary membership will enable you to take a maximum of two flights. Thereafter if you wish to continue and take flying lessons with us, and we certainly hope that you will, you will need to apply for full club membership.

I wish to apply for temporary membership of the Limerick Flying Club (included in the voucher) for the purpose of undertaking an Introductory Experience Flight in a club aircraft. I agree to abide by any rules and conditions of the Club as explained to me by the pilot on the day of the flight. I understand that I may only avail of temporary membership on a maximum of 2 occasions and that any such application must be completed before the first flight.

Step 4 – Scheduling your flight

We have received your booking request and we will contact you within the next few days to organize a suitable time & date for your flight.

When you are given a flight slot: Please plan to arrive at the club least 30 minutes before your booked time. All bookings are subject to appropriate weather for a safe and enjoyable flight and will be subject to cancellation if weather is unsuitable. If we need to cancel we will contact you ASAP. We apologize in advance of such disruptions and we will get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
