Vouchers are sold in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019.
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase
A voucher is for an introductory experience flight with a qualified pilot.
A voucher is for a flight for one individual. It is not possible to carry additional passengers in our training aircraft.
Due to operational limits set by the aircraft manufacturer (TECNAM) we regret we cannot facilitate flights for anyone over 90kgs or 6’3”.
The value of a voucher as of 05 March 2024 is €160 which is the same as the cost of an introductory flight experience.
If a voucher holder becomes a member of the club then any remaining balance on any unused vouchers can be exchanged in part or in full for an account credit with the club.
If the value of a voucher is less than the cost of an introductory experience flight at the time the voucher is being used then the voucher can be used as a credit against the full cost of the experience flight.
If the value of a voucher exceeds the cost of an introductory flight experience then the remaining value on the voucher after the flight can be retained for credit against future flights or a refund can be made.
Refunds for unused value on a voucher that has been used are made using the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the voucher if the refund is within 180 days of purchase or by EFT after that time.
