Something I was curious about and to be honest did not know was the correct ICAO codes for the club aircraft when filing a flight plan. Thanks to Google I was able to establish the codes are as follows:

Koliber 150A: RALL (which makes sense)

Tecnam P2002: SIRA (which is more of a mystery)

Anyway next time you are filing a flight plan that is the information you require for AIS.

Regards

HARRY

Here is a good website to find out the various ICAO Type Designators for aircraft you may fly;
http://www.icao.int/anb/ais/8643/index.cfm

If you type in Tecnam for the manufacturer, you will get a list of all the model names and their designators. You will see the P2002 is also known as a Sierra or P2002 Sierra - hence the SIRA designator.

Happy Flying

Jeff
